Meg O'Connell, CEO & Founder, Global Disability Inclusion, and Peter Rutigliano, Managing Director - Data Analytics, Mercer-Sirota, presented their first analysis of new data from a multi-year study of more than 3 million employees. The panel explored the intersection of gender, race, age and disability as well as preliminary results on the impact of COVID. Additional panelists included Konstanty Owczarek, Global Head of Strategy & Innovation, AIG Life, and moderator Diana Codispoti, Director of Corporate Stakeholder Engagement, Disability:IN.

Such locations include New York, Houston, Singapore, Ireland, Japan, Hong Kong and South Africa.
Recent highlights from our disAbilities & Allies ERGs include a monthly Special Parents support group, annual art show featuring children of employees with disabilities, the creation of the Neurodiverse Internship Program which is slated to launch in 2022, and educational sessions on a range of topics from disability etiquette in the workplace to digital accessibility fundamentals.
